8 Replacing the Speaker

1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the motherboard as shown in

2. Using the star screwdriver, unscrew the two screws holding the speaker as shown in Figure

8-3.

3. Replace the old speaker with a new one.

4. Using the star screw driver, fix the new speaker in its place.

5. Connect the speaker cable into the speaker port.

6. Replace the side cover as described on page 4 and connect the external cables.
